Information You Provide to Us

We use this information to operate this Site, send you news and information about Friends of Rick Ryan activities, solicit your participation in Friends of Rick Ryan activities and related uses.  We use your e-mail address to send such information by e-mail, and may use your telephone number to call you or send you a text message or phone call for these purposes.  Submitting your e-mail address on the Site will sign you up to receive emails from Friends of Rick Ryan.

For example, if you make a donation to a third-party website, such as ActBlue, we will obtain certain information about you from the third party that operates that website.  Friends of Rick Ryan is required to file regular reports with state election offices that may publicly disclose the name, address, occupation and employer of certain persons who contribute to the campaign, along with the amount and date of contribution. 

We also may receive voter file data from state parties and other democratic organizations, from publicly available sources, and from private organizations. We may also receive information from a social media site if you connect to our Site through that site.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law.
